Let me just tel you how great of a buying experience we had with Matt and Alan at Five a star. My husband called Matt and he started working on a deal for us and he was even on vacation! They were able to get me the car I wanted at the price we were happy with and find us as many rebates as possible so I didn’t have too much negative equity rolling over! The payment was exactly what we told them also! They didn’t have the Chevy bolt that I wanted here so they found the exact one I wanted and drove to Monroe to pick it up for me. I took my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 3.0 Duramax in for it's first oil change today. As always Victor and Brad in the Service Department recognized me and greeted me just like old friends, and Tim, Matt, Jason, David, and Brant all were quick to greet me and treat my mom like family when we made it into the front Sales area. One of the best things I like about the crew here at Five Star Chevrolet and Toyota is that they are always treating us like family. While I was leaving, I noticed on the paperwork that it showed the incorrect oil was used for my engine. Though the Service Department was certain the proper oil was used and that the incorrect oil was accidentally noted on the records, it was decided that the best course of action was to drain the oil and filter and replace making sure that it was the correct oil again and correct oil documented. In my opinion that was going above and beyond to ensure that my new Duramax engine is protected by the correct fluids. Actions like this, seeing how even when mom doesn't come to the dealership everyone still asks about her and how she is doing, are just part of the reason why I continue to come to Five Star Motors for vehicle purchases and service, and why I continue to recommend them to family and friends. Everyone conducted themselves in a professional manner but the atmosphere inside the dealership had this weird quit vibe once I walked inside the doors. The employees that I interacted with identified themselves and answered all my questions but none of the employees were talking to each other. There was no professional joking around between co-workers. Nobody was laughing or just making general conversation. I don't know the proper protocols for selling cars but I also believe employees should smile, laugh, and converse with customers and co-workers. Just have fun with your job and like Toyota says "lets go places".

Had an awesome time purchasing my brand new truck at Five Star Chevrolet. The first week of driving it to work, coworkers took notice of how nice the new truck is I gave 6 of them an in depth tour of the interior and at least 3 of them wanted to go check them out especially after I told them about the year end rebate deal, so that was cool. Mike Flannigan, Mitch & the gentleman who did our docs were fantastic. To be honest, I was going to look at a different Tahoe when I spoke to Mike the Friday before I purchased my Tahoe from you. Five Star Motors is significantly better than our local dealership Toyota of Tri-Cities. It kills me that Five Star Motors can deliver a vehicle to the other site of the state and charge lower fees to do that than the fees Toyota of Tri-Cities charges to buy something right off their lot. Though I cannot speak for all of Five Star Dealerships as I only dealt with the Toyota/Scion dealership on Southside Aberdeen, I can say that the experience recently versus 10+ years ago was a complete turn around and for the best. As I have discussed with Tim (sales rep), David (financing rep), and Allen (manager) already, in the past Five Star Dealerships were pushy and all about closing the deal right now, not later. However, that was not the case now. When I first went for a test drive with Tim at no point did he try to push a sale, talk numbers or anything. It was just a nice drive and in the end when I was ready I explained my financial situation to Tim and when I would be in touch with him next. When Tim did reach out to me via phone prior to coming in to complete a sale at no point did he push for a sale or anything. I was unavailable at the time so he left a voice mail, but it was more of a friend just reaching out to a friend, not trying to complete a sale or anything like that. When I did come back in to the Five Star Dealership with my mother to show her what I was purchasing I was surprised again by how Tim treated her and myself. In the past when she's been in Five Star Dealerships she had been treated like a dumb woman, and Tim made her feel very welcome and treated her with respect which she and I both appreciated very much. When we met with David it was very nice. Like any smart car shopper I had researched prices people were paying nationwide for the Scion iA and extended warranties and maintenance plans and expected to have to negotiate my way to what I felt was a fair price. David came out with numbers for everything already at the price point I wanted and stated that he felt with my credit rating he could get me a better interest rate than others wanted me to have. In the end David was able to get me financed through Toyota with even a lower interest rate than he originally expected which not only has made me a happy Five Star customer, but overall made this whole experience for me even better. :-) Without a doubt, I definitely like this new Five Star I'm seeing and would recommend others check it out for themselves too. Though I've only personally met Tim and David, if the other employees at Five Star are as nice as they are then I would say Five Star has it right.

One of the only things that could have been handled better was after we had decided to purchase the car it took about a half hour to get into the gentleman that does the financing. We were the only customers in the store at that time. He was not working with anyone. I purchased a new 2013 Silverado last year in Aberdeen. Tyler who I believe now to be working in finance was at that time working on internet sales. He seen that I was online and contacted me within an 1/2 hour of me going to another dealership with a verbal commitment to buy their vehicle. I called Tyler earlier in the month and he said he could set me up with a good trustworthy sales rep if I decided to come that way because he was now in financing. So I got my wife in the truck for a nice little mid winter drive and LOW AND BEHOLD I ended up 35 miles away right in your lot! Michael Flanigan was their to assist me in any way he could, and did a fine job at that....... no pressure....... he was mentored well. With the rebates I was offered $700 more than I owed and stepped into a truck I couldn't be more happy with at a price I believe only Five Star could offer! Even got a Linex liner thrown in. You have a couple employees that I have dealt with personally, and I feel confident in saying that they are truly an asset to you and what you are supposed to stand for.
